Artur Rubinstein - Beethoven Piano Sonata 'Pathetique' (1936) (1st Mov ) on HMV 102

Artur Rubinstein plays Beethoven Piano Sonata No. 8, "Pathetique", for Victor in 1936. This is a later pressing from late 1940s or early 1950s, and as the quality of shellac is far superior than the original 1936 pressing, this pressing sounds really good - very few surface noise and much better in detail. Played on my HMV 102 machine with Laubscher needle. Since the 'experimental video' (Jussi Bjorling's Turandot Aria I posted on New Year's Day) has worked out really fine, I decided to upload these using this method. But as I have mentioned before, this process takes too much time to do, so I'll do this on a very special cases.
